Terms of Service — MedFellow Academy

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or accessing any fellowship program on MedFellow Academy ("the Platform"), operated by MedFellow Academy LLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Access to fellowship programs is granted to practicing doctors and healthcare professionals who meet the eligibility criteria published for each program. Accounts may be created by self-registration or provisioned directly by MedFellow Academy administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Course access

Access to a program's modules and lecture content is granted upon enrollment and may be limited to specific modules at MedFellow Academy's discretion. Course video and slide content is provided for your personal educational use only and may not be downloaded, redistributed, or shared outside your account.

4. Fees and payment

Program fees are as published at the time of enrollment. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

5. Certification

Certificates of completion are issued upon satisfying a program's completion requirements. Certification does not itself confer a medical license, qualification, or right to practice, and remains subject to the requirements of the relevant accrediting body and applicable local regulations.

6. Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to circumvent access controls, or share your account credentials with any other person.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
