When you create an account or are enrolled by an administrator, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and hospital/institution. We also record your course activity — enrollments, module access, video views, and completed topics — to track your learning progress and provide support.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide access to enrolled programs, track and display your progress, communicate with you about your fellowship, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Service providers
We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate the Platform, including Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage) and Mux (video hosting and streaming). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
4. Data retention
We retain account and progress data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide certification records. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
