Refund Policy

1. Cancellation before access
If you cancel your enrollment before being granted access to any program content, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less any non-refundable application or processing charges disclosed at enrollment.
2. Cancellation after access
Once you have accessed program content, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on the portion of the program completed and any hospital rotation or faculty commitments already scheduled on your behalf.
3. How to request a refund
Send a written request to info@medfellow.in including your registered email and program name. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
4. Non-refundable items
Application fees, and any third-party accreditation or certification fees already incurred on your behalf, are non-refundable.
